I have just become a mum, after my beautiful little (or rather not so little at over 9 pounds!) daughter Annabelle came into the world in December. Annabelle took a little longer than expected to arrive, but all was ok in the end and we were home for Christmas, which was great and shared some very special moments over the festive period.

I live in Cornwall with my lovely husband and dog and love nothing more than going for long walks on the beach and enjoying the company of friends and family.

I am really looking forward to being involved in 'story of mum' and excited about what surprises it will bring. I am finding motherhood so far, wonderful and scary, so it will be great to be able to share all experiences, what a fantastic idea this site is.
