The retreat will take place at Garbo House, Bread Street, Penzance TR18 2RH from 10am to 3pm on Saturday 19 January 2019.
We will start with gentle and empowering yoga, and simple individual activities to acknowledge the joys and the challenges of the past year. We’ll take a moment together to release anything from 2018 that we don’t wish to carry into the year ahead.
Accompanied by tea, conversation and delicious treats, we’ll look ahead to 2019 and collage vision boards. Vision boards are a creative tool to explore how we most want to feel as we step into this new year, and a powerful way to connect with our creativity, instincts and desires (no creative skills or experience required!).
After a delicious simple vegetarian lunch, we’ll revisit our vision boards with fresh eyes. With a clearer sense of our intentions, we’ll explore how to start bringing more of this vision into the year ahead.
